Our Story

Dino Capriotti — Founder & President

It was in his family's vineyard in the medieval coastal town of Offida, in Italy's Marche region, that Dino Capriotti first fell in love with wines that speak of place. He carried that passion through a celebrated career as a restaurateur before founding Vinity Wine Company in 1999 — guided always by the belief that great wine is inseparable from the land, the people, and the culture that produce it.

Winemaker Spotlight

Daniele Ricci

Long before "natural wine" had a name in Italy, Daniele Ricci was already making it at Cascina San Leto, his family's estate above Costa Vescovato in Piedmont's Colli Tortonesi. He abandoned chemical treatments and selected yeasts back in the early 2000s, years ahead of the broader movement — fermenting spontaneously, adding little to no sulfur, and macerating whites on their skins for months in buried terracotta amphorae to produce some of Italy's most uncompromising orange wines. Fiercely independent, he skips certification logos and formal natural-wine associations alike, answering only to his own instincts and the land his grandfather Carlo first planted in 1929. Alongside those orange wines sit structured reds, classical Timorasso bottlings, and, most recently, the estate's first rosé.
