Spumante rosé is produced with 100 % pinot noir grapes and according to the charmat method it has a slow tank fermentation (120-150 days). After that it also stays a month in the bottle. This low process leaves a gratifying wine that Mr. Drusian has dedicated to his gentle and determined wife.
