Tasting Notes:
Color: straw-yellow with greenish highlights. Aroma: delicate scents of Spanish broom with fruity and fresh notes of peach, melon and papaya. Flavor: pleasantly dry with fine, bitterish aftertaste. Food Pairing: Serve very fresh as an aperitif.  It also accompanies summer appetizers and fish or poultry dishes.
