Tasting Notes:
Bouquet:  Layered aromas of Bing cherries and ripe, spiced strawberries are supported by focused tannins and a full balance body. Flavor: Elegant with notes of wild strawberry, Bing cherries, and stone fruits supported by soft velvety tannins.  Vibrant acidity, traces of light vanilla toast, and subtle hints of cherry blossom round out the lasting finish. Food Pairings:  Salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or pasta dishes.
