Color:  Ruby red Aromas:  Fruity with good intensity, slightly spiced Taste:  Full and warm, lightly tannic, balanced Pairs well with:  Lamb, rabbit, red meat stews and  medium aged cheeses.

Production Area:  Palizzi (RC) Soil:  Medium consistency, tending to clayey Cultivation Method:  Spurred cordon (5,000 plants/hectare) Harvest:  End September to mid October

Winemaking Notes:
Vinification:  In stainless steel at controlled temperatures, 5 days maceration,  soft pressing Aging:  In barrels for 4-5 months and then in bottles for 2 months
