Production Area: Mango
Vineyards: Sori' del Re, an average 30-40 years old, with exposure to south at approx. 500 m (1640 ft) above sea level
Cultivation method: low Guyot
Soil: high percentage of tuff and marle.
Time and method of harvest: Mid-September, manual
Yield: The production of grape is approximately 6000 KG/ for hectare. (2.7 tons /acre)
Vinification: After de-stemming and soft pressing, the grapes are held several months at low temperature (0 degrees Celsius / 32 degrees Fahrenheit) before fermentation is allowed to begin in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
