Tasting Notes:
The favorable weather conditions, the loose and pebbly soil and the airy and sunny vineyards allow this variety to give its best and stand at the top in terms of quality. Color: from green to pale yellow Bouquet: Refined scent of apple, pear and banana Taste: Remarkable texture, full and persistent after taste, pleasantly acidic. Serve: at 10° -12° C or 50˚ – 54˚ F Food Pairing:  appetizers, boiled and fried fish, white meat, first courses with vegetables, ideal as an aperitif.

Vinyard Notes:
Production Area: Grown in the mid-section of the Isarco Valley Vineyard:  at 650 meters or 2100 ft elevation above sea level Soil: Stony, lean skeleton rich and shallow alluvial soils containing diorite

Winemaking Notes:
Vinification: Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 10 months of lying on fine lees, followed by 1 year of aging in bottle. Aging Capacity:  8-12 years
