Tasting Notes:
The slim soil and the stiffer climate, with cold nights but with plenty of sunshine during the day, give rise to an intense and spicy wine Color:  light yellow Bouquet: Intense, aromatic, with scent of apricot and peach Taste: Spicy, intense, with a markedly lively acidity Serve: at 10° - 12° C or 50˚- 54˚ F Food Pairing:   chicken, pork or white meats, antipasti, fish, asparagus, eggs and mushrooms, herb risotto

Vinyard Notes:
Production Area: On the Sabiona rock section of the Northern area of the Isarco Valley Vineyard:  at 750 meters or 2460 ft elevation above sea level Soil:Stony, alluvial soils containing diorite, thin, skeletal and shallow

Winemaking Notes:
Vinification: Delicate pressing after a short contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 10 months of ripening on noble lees, subsequent aging of 1 year in bottle. Aging: Holds its flavor for 8-12 years
