Color: intense ruby red with purple reflections. Aroma: deep and rich with a wide range of scents: plump jam, cherries and blackberries. Flavor: well-structured, full-bodied, flinty and dry, with high acidity and persistent aftertaste. Food Pairing: Excellent with hot savory appetizers and substantial pasta dishes like agnolotti del plin or tajarin.
