Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections Bouquet: Rather intense with scents typical of the vine Taste: Full bodied and dry flavor, with a distinct and pleasing acidity. It becomes mature with aging, acquiring a full and balanced flavor. Food Pairing: Pairs well with red and white meats, tagliatelle pasta and cheeses. Serving temperature: 18° C Alcohol: 13 / 14 %Vol

Production Area: Monforte d'Alba, Piemonte Vineyards area: 2,5 hectares Exposure: West Altimetry: Hilly area of 300 meters a.s.l. Soil:  Clayish sediments with blue marl and tuff. Age of the vineyards: 30 years Harvest: Mid October.

Winemaking Notes:
Vinification: Traditional method – fermentation of the grapes without additional yeasts for 10 days in steel tanks. Ageing: 10 months in little Slovania oak casks and then in bottle Total acidity: from 5,8 to 6,3 g/L
