The winery is located in the small village of Mango, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Langhe region, rich in history and wine making traditions.
Sergio and Patrizia Degiorgis run this small 20 acre property. Most of the vineyards are planted with Moscato d’Asti. The focus is on a well managed vineyard and low yield production where the quality of the grapes is fundamental to produce good quality wines.
The farm has 7.5 hectares (18.5 acres) and it rents an additional 1.5 hectares (3.7 acres) . 6.0 hectares (15 acres) are of Moscato d’Asti and the other part are divided among the Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba and Chardonnay varietals.
During the harvest the grapes are taken in the winery where, the respect of the tradition, linked to a modern technology, are the right combination to keep and improve the quality obtained in the vineyard.
They started producing wine 1985 and currently they produce an average of 70.000,00 bottles of wines a year.
