Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied, with good acidity. Clear straw yellow. Scents white fruit and flowers on the nose. Full bodied apple and pear on the palate. Fresh an long finish.
Food Pairings: It goes well with seafood, first course with vegetables, white meat dishes.
