Villa Le Prata – Le Prata
The Sant’Antimo DOC was created in 1996 and includes the area around Montalcino. The name comes after the Romanesque abbey in Montalcino. This new DOC allows the Montalcino winemakers to experiment without modifying those age-old techniques that are behind the production of the area's finest wines. Most of the varietals of this DOC are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero.

Tasting Notes: Dark ruby red. Bouquet of blackberries and spices. Good balance and smooth tannins.
