VENTURINI, VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE “SEMONTE ALTO”
Semonte Alto is the name of the vineyard in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico which produces a full-bodied red wine, with a rich, concentrated flavor and an intense and distinctive bouquet. These qualities are important when using the traditional “Ripasso” technique. This process adds intensity, deep color and body to the Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, and makes it more suitable for aging.
