VALLE DELL'ACATE, TANE`
The wine has great structure, deep red in color with a notable persistence on the palate. Following the vinification, the wine remained for fourteen months in small French barrique and once bottled underwent an additional 10 months of cellaring.TANE' mirrors the philosophy of the estate ; the ongoing search for quality in order to maintain the value of tradition within the area. The wine is packaged in wooden cases containing 6 bottles and is available strictly upon reserved allocation.

Tasting Notes : Intense and deep ruby in color, there are wonderful scents of mature blackberry and raspberry, along with notes of spices and cacao. On the palate, the wine is warm, velvet and full-bodied palate, long aromatic persistence.
Food Pairings: A wine best suited for elaborated meat dishes, roast meats, fresh and aged cheeses, game dishes and pâté.
