Aging: Six months in stainless steel and released shortly after,
Vinification: The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled for a period of about 15 days.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Tasting Notes: Nice ruby red, with garnet reflections, reminding at the nose red fruits. It express in the mouth a good alcoholicity and acidity and very light tannins. Harmonious structure, good persistence.
Food Pairings: This is your pasta sauce wine. The acidity is fresh but not over-powering. Goes well also with sausage, and roast chicken.
