Aging: 4 months in stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle.
Alcohol: 12.5%

Tasting Notes: Bright green/gold color. Fresh apple, pear aromas with walnut highlight. Lively, clean and refreshing on the palate with good fruit balancing the zesty acidity. The acids carry the clean sweet pear flavors nicely.

Food pairings: Fish dishes, hors d’ouvres, vegetable dishes.
