VINITY WINE COMPANY

VALLE ISARCO, PINOT GRIGIO

The Pinot Grigio wine originated in Burgundy, hence the designation Grauburgunder, which has almost fallen into oblivion. It is a mutation of the Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and has been cultivated in South Tyrol for about a century. The vine of the Pinot Grigio differs from its mother-vine not only in terms of its copper-colored grapes, but also in terms of the wine's own distinctive character.
