VINITY WINE COMPANY

VALLE ISARCO, MUELLER THURGAU ARISTOS

In the Cantina Valle Isarco wines with superior character and superb quality are used to produce the “Aristos” line. The requirements to meet excellence in a wine are already set in the vineyard, where a careful selection of the grapes and yield control guarantee the highest quality. These wines are grown on the best vineyard and in limited quantities. Eight wines can carry the “Aristos” label.

Mueller Thurgau is a varietal created in the late 19th century in the town of Thurgau, Switzerland, by Prof. Hermann Mueller as a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner. It is early maturing and can grow well in cool climates.

The climatic conditions ideal for this variety and the loose, well–ventilated soils typical of the area surrounding the Sabiona monastery give this wine particularly refined qualitative characteristics.
