Soil:. Mainly calcareous clay.
Harvest: Hand picked first 3 weeks October.
Yield: About 3.6/4.0 tons per acre
Alcohol: 14%
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a 5-7 day maceration with frequent pumpovers at controlled temperature.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for about 6 months.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. It has medium intensity on the nose with nuances of red fruit (cherry), balsamic note and sweet spices. It is dry, warm and fresh with medium tannins. Good persistence. The wine is young and ready to drink.
Food Pairings: Pasta with red sauces.
