Vineyards: Small terraces overlooking the sea on a Southern exposure at 300/750 above sea level.
Soil: Rocky-calcareous
Planting system: Pergola and/or Espallier
Vine density: 1.400/1650 per acre
Harvest: First week in October
Yield per Hectar: 6500 kilos per hectare (2.0Kg per plant)
Aging: Four months in stainless steel
Vinification: After a 10-12 hours maceration it ferments in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 13%
Tasting Notes: Light red purple color. Ripe plum on the nose with nuances of wild strawberries and floral notes. Firm impact in the mouth with good acidity and minerality. . The still evident tannins give  it a pleasant rustic harmony.
Food Pairings: Antipasti, pasta dishes with fish sauce..
