Vinification: Cold pressing. Fermented at 18 degrees Celsius for 20-30 days.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with flecks of gold in the glass. Ravello gives off floral hints of honeysuckle and fresh cut daisy. Generally light in body, but not lacking structure. Excellent acidity.
