Tasting Notes: This Franciacorta shows a brilliant onion skin pink and nuances of pale pink, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of raspberry, cherry and strawberry followed by aromas of banana, cyclamen, cinnamon, yeast, tangerine, peach and rose. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, pleasing sweetness, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry and strawberry. A well made wine. This Franciacorta ages on its lees for 24 months.
