Tasting Notes: This sparkling wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, banana, pineapple, lemon grass, hazelnut and praline. The mouth does not differentiate from the sensations discovered by the nose: the first impact is crisp and effervescent, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, plum and pineapple. This Franciacorta ages on its lees for 24 months.
