Vineyard: 260 ft above sea level with a south-easterly exposure. Density: 1,416 vines per acre. Average vines age: 20-years old.
Planting System: Guyot and Spurred Cordon.
Soil:. Medium-texture of volcanic origin.
Harvest: Hand picked mid September.
Yield: About 490 gallons per acre
Alcohol: 12.5%
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks on the lees.
Aging: 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Deep bright yellow. Complex nose with rich notes of blossoms, citrus fruit and halzelnut. Fresh, clean, round and elegant with good length and a pronounced mineral note.
