Cantina di Gallura, Moscato di Tempio
In addition to Vermentino, the Gallura region is also famous for its Moscato and Nebbiolo grapes. The spumante-dolce version of the 'Moscato di Tempio DOC' is among the most delicate and appreciated dessert wines produced on the island.

Alcohol: 8.5.%
Vinification: Charmat method.
Aging: Not more than 2-4 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Notes: The perlage is fine and persistent. The color is light straw yellow. Intense nose with fruity notes. Delicate and smooth on the palate with a long finish.
Food Pairings: Fruit, with the exception of citrus fruit, dry pastry, cakes without chocolate and strong-tasting liqueurs.
