Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for 20/25 days. After the pressing the wine is left to ferment without the skins and stored in stainless steels tanks.
Aging: In the bottle for 3 months
Total Production: 6.000 bottles
Tasting Notes: The color is full straw yellow. Fruity on the nose with intense aromas redolent of mint and sage. Full structure and mineral notes balanced by good acidity. Long, persistent finish. |
