Caprili, Sant’Antimo Bianco

Sant’Antimo Bianco was recently awarded denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) status. The wine takes its name from the territory around the celebrated abbey of Sant’Antimo, one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in the whole of Tuscany. In this well conserved haven, where art, nature and craft skills blend sublimely, Sant’Antimo Bianco is made with the traditional Tuscan Trebbiano and Malvasia varieties, with the addition of Chardonnay and Pinot.
