Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a 12-14-day long maceration.
Aging: 24 months in large barrels plus 3 months in the bottle
Tasting Notes: A dense well structured wine with elegant fruit and Tuscan terroir Much more complex that the regular Chianti. Open an hour before serving.
Food Pairings: Pasta with rich meat sauces. Meat dishes.
