Tasting Notes: The color is of a deep, vivid ruby red. Scents of red berries and spices at the nose, like licorice and cocoa, and an undertone of leather. The palate is full bodied and smooth with hints of licorice.
Food Pairings: Elaborate meat dishes, roast meats, fresh and aged cheeses, and pastas with flavorful sauces.
